Match 5 - Eden Prairie at home

Varsity: 4-3
JV: 7-0 (Sweet!)

Way to go girls! That is a good Eden Prairie team and we beat 'em twice. I am truly sorry I missed it - I was at the Twins game with my family. Starting at about 2:30 I started looking at the clock hoping things were going ok. Movement was slow leaving the park and when we sat in traffic, I knew that the game would be over by the time I got there.
So since I was not there for the win, lets hear it!
Post some comments to acknowledge, congratulate, question, or observe.
I will read them at practice!!

1 comment:

  1. Mai Kou Lor: Learned a lot in game one, made game two much closer. A stronger start next time will make it a winnable game.

Sue Lee: More experience at the number three spot will make her tough to beat down the stretch.

KaLia Xiong: Awesome job! This game was never in doubt. Great confidence booster for the team, and the winning match against EP.

Doubles #1: Not even fair. Lights out play again this match. All teams are looking to knock you off, be ready every time!

Doubles #2: Great 3 game win. Second game showed mental toughness and a lot of small adjustments. Third game was the team we all know.

Doubles #3: Played like seniors should. You can play with the best of them if you play like you did today.

    JV:

Nearly all games won in 2.

C-Squad: Sorry about not getting everyone a game. We will do our best to get those players matches in our next few games.

Yia won 30-1. Not one bird out, not one poor serve. Her opponent wasn't the best player, but this is an accomplishment nonetheless.
